Massachusetts Avenue Heights is an Affluent Community in NW Washington DC. This lovely setting shows the Jefferson Memorial's reflection in the tital basin during a moon-lit evening.

One of the most affluent neighborhoods in Washington, D.C, Massachusetts Avenue Heights, is broken down into two different enclaves. The first is a small area north of Observatory Circle. The second is a “Hollywood Hills” of Washington DC with luxury homes perched above Massachusetts Avenue.

Bordered by Massachusetts Avenue to the southwest, Woodley Road to the north, Wisconsin Avenue to the west and 34th Street NW to the east, Massachusetts Avenue Heights offers a convenient location to its residents. As such, it shouldn’t come as much of a surprise to learn that real estate in Mass Heights is highly desirable. Furthermore, due to its location near to Embassy Row, international buyers are highly attracted to this special neighborhood.

Regardless of where the home is located in Massachusetts Avenue Heights, most are characterized by large lots featuring mature trees. While there are a few homes priced in the $1 million to $2 million range, most of the homes are far more costly with some going as high as $20 million. The homes on the higher end of the price range typically have a European flair along with grand entertaining spaces, custom mill-work and large, secluded lots.

Thanks to its location near to Rock Creek Park, residents of Massachusetts Avenue Heights also enjoy easy access to a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere.
